When can I pick up my Pre Orders?

Pre Orders can be picked up when we call or message you..Please feel free to come by the store at anytime to inquire or to visit.   Also all pre orders must be picked up by the person

who's name is one the order. 

Please do not send another party to pick your order. 


We value our time with you and we want to make sure you are satisfied with you order.

Please have order number ready when picking up!

NEW - Please bring your order number or have your email confirmation handy when picking up your order. This is a new policy to make sure all customers get the correct order! Thank you for your understanding!


For all cancellations, there is a 20% cancellation fee. We're able to waive the fee if the customer decides to complete an exchange or accept a gift card instead. We are not held responsible for shipping delays that are beyond our control. 

I placed an order...I didn't receive an order confirmation?

 Since it is our web server generates email messages, the email may have went to your junk mail folder. Also, it is possible that you may have entered the incorrect email address when you placed the order. If that's the case, or you still can not find it, please email us at and we'll fix it. 

I need to change the address or other information on my order.

Please email us the new address, and we will send you a confirmation when it is updated. 

How do preorders work? / When am I charged for a pre-order item?

By pre-ordering the item now, you are guaranteeing yourself a spot in line to receive it.

Payment is due at time of purchase.  When the product arrives in stock, pre-orders are fulfilled first! You will received an email with your tracking number with your order has shipped.  You are charged immediately, and in return, you are guaranteed the item. We only pre-sell items that have been confirmed by the manufacturer.   Loungefly Pre orders will have a zero down ($0) Policy, once item is in stock, you will invoiced and will have 4 days to pay otherwisw reserve the right to cancel.  Any Loungefly that has a Zero sales price is considerared a pre order.

There are many companies that charge you when the item ships. However, they will take an unlimited amount of orders for any particular item. If they can not fill it from their first shipment, they will then tell you it's on backorder. You could wait months, only to find out that they are not getting anymore. Since you never paid, they have no problem cancelling your order.

When will my item arrive?

Check the item description for the most up to date information on the release date. Keep in mind that manufacturer release dates are estimates, and may take longer, or the item may even arrive sooner. We provide the most accurate ship dates we can, however we have no control over when the manufacturer actually releases a product. We are just an anxious for the product to arrive as you are.

If for some reason something changes, such as the release date, we will contact you immediately. 

Single items such as bundles or sets that include more than one pre-order item, may sometimes take longer to ship out.  Sometimes Funko Ships the set in single shipments and we won't have the last piece to finish your order for a week or two...If this is the case,

most likely this has affected other retailers as well.  


We ship to the US Only.  We also have local pick up for Customers.  When you place an order,  we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.   We are not responsible if the shipper (USPS ) leaves your package unattended.  If you know that it will be left unattended, please call us at 936-756-4839 to discuss other possible venues to keep your package safe.  We are not responsible for packages that have been deemed delivered to your address by USPS !  Please email for boxes damaged during the shipping process...we will do our best to send you a replacement box for the damaged ones!    If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

and we will look into other more cost efficient shipping methods. 

Request Return Label for Loungefly only
To initiate your return, contact us and provide us with your order number and account information. You have the option to send yourself or request a return label. Please note, if using our return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once you receive your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your return label and attach it to your package. To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier.

We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.

Refunds (If Applicable) for Loungefly Only

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received

your returned item.  Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and/or stuffing attached. Items not in this condition may not be accepted. We may charge up to a 50% restocking fee if the item has been worn, washed, damaged, used, missing tags and stuffing.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged/Defective Product (If Applicable) for Loungefly

If your product has been damaged from the factory or if the product is defective, we will gladly replace the item if Cards and Comics Connection has the product in stock. An order # is required for all exchanges. For damaged/defective product, we can provide a replacement if we receive your item back within 30 days of the customer receiving the damaged/defective product.

Lost or Stolen Packages (If Applicable)

Cards and Comics Connection cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking systems show that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with the carrier to report your lost shipment.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


As of April 22, 2021 we are implementing  an abandon product policy, which means that your pre paid items must be picked up in a timely fashion.  Cards and Comics Connection will hold your pre order for 2 months from the date of your notification of pick up, after the 2 month period is up we will refund your payment and if we can't ...we will keep record of what is owed to you!!
